Great realtor for both leasing and sales. She includes a lot of "extras" at no additional cost. She will really go out of her way to help you find (or sell) your property. I have used her several times over the past 10 years.

Retta escorted us around to many houses. We needed a specific layout for me my daughter who works from home and two grandchildren. Boom she found us the perfect house in our price range. She negotiated it down for us as it had a few upgradesRetta was very patient and considerate
